    Yes I believe so, if I remember correctly. .25mg is what I would do to avoid the scary sides like gyno. I cant remember exactly though it's been a while. I'll look for my notebook when I get home. I wrote it down and wrote down a successful gyno protocol as well that included letro and ralox.
