    Yeah just watch out for veins and nerves. Go in slowly and aspirate. Quads aren't that bad pain wise. I like that I don't have to twist. It's easier to avoid moving the needle around so it tears up the muscle less. I was the most apprehensive about quads but they've become my favorite site
