Also, running the LGD at 10mg works way better. I've ran three cycles like that now with awesome results. Just remember the more you take the greater the nutrient partitioning effect so you'll need a touch more surplus to really take bulking advantage.
Well PCT started today. 11 lbs. gained on the cycle with minimal water weight from the letro and only bulking a few hundred calories over maintenance. Which I prefer to keep fat gains to a minimum. So all in all I'm happy especially with the strength gains. They were amazing.
Entering the last week of my cycle. Weighed in at 255.6 this morning. Up almost 11 lbs. happy at this point with only running a couple hundred cals over maintenance.
I've started anadrol at 50 and running it there for the whole six week cycle. Trest has been gradual from 50/75/100 increasing basically every other week.
I'm running Chad Wesley Smith's Juggernaut Method right now training the four big lifts: bench, deadlift, squat, and strict overhead press. So I have four main lift days with accessories and two days for conditioning. I'm on six and and off one.
