I do a two step raise. Fully down, up to a flat foot position, pause momentarily then fully up and hold the stretch then a slow decline.

Would you start the same time as the Nolva though? A lot of people say to start it later and run it past the Nolva to avoid any rebound gyno after an epi cycle - which is the second dosing in the OP
Are you talking about Finaflex Revolution? Finaflex is a brand, they make a lot of products but revolution is an OTC PCT product
If you're after a natty product, IMO you'd be better off with Mass550 (also from Finaflex) or an epicatechin based product like Anafuse, Ep1c etc.
