Definitely dont wanna use tren for too long.. That shiz bottoms out HDLs (keep your highs high and your lows low) and promotes inflammation..its a harsh compound but the gains are rediculous
Your better off cutting the carbs at night so you don't sweat.. You'll notice on tren about a half hour after eating a carb meal your body temp will elevated its weird

I usually do incorporate healthy fats. But a few weeks just while on tren cant be terrible. Ill link up the studies i was talking about later. That might get you dropping your fat intake and upping your carbs when running tren..sleep is great.. Prami knocks me the fug out and i nights i dont...
Obviously i cant eat 0 fat but im pretty darn close i only get about 10g of trace sat fat. Anyways fml i woke too late to workout today. Working 15 hour day rest of week but ima squeeze in a couple sessions.. Chest mañana.
