    I sill have 1/2 jar of AMPitropin in my stash and use two caps every once in a while for special heavy back or leg days but again I use it very sparingly so that's why a jar has lasted me a long time.:)

    That's exactly how I like to do it so I know what works :) and what doesn't :( I'll be running a jar of SNS Pine Pollen later this year on it's own so I can tell if it's worth picking up more in the future and if it's effective for me then I'll stack it with something else.

    Totally agree DPS is the way go and they always carry pretty much ALL the top supplements from SNS and usually at 20% off and sometimes they have 25% off :eek: and that's when I stock up!;)

    I had their C&C flavor also but not in the isolate and was their whey blend and agree it was a weak flavor so I used it mainly for overnight proats, it was pretty good utilizing it that way. It sweetened up the oats nicely but still no real C&C flavor from it. I have 5lbs of their Birthday...

    My small SNS order came in a few days ago from DPS at 25% off :) One of these supplements I'm already on so I will be doing a full review on it when I'm done with my 2nd jar and the other supplements I'll be SLOWLY using them and of course posting reviews on them.

    For me 100mg of Teacrine works well but this formula only has 50mg :confused: so like you mentioned it's up to the Dynamine and caffeine but I have all kinds of goodies to add if more energy and focus are needed.     Looks like you HUNTED ;) down some good deals and on my next HUNT I'll probably grab that Hyde ICON deal cause for $15 a tub it's like $20-$25 less than everywhere else. The only thing I would have to add is focus noops cause there is nothing in that formula for it.
