    Pct black doesn't look bad but why the super under dosed DAA? With that little I do not see and benefit.

    try flat and incline guillotine barbell press. If that doesn't work try 4x training which is a tempo regimen where basically you do the lowering portion of the lift for a full 4 seconds and explode up . 4-0-X-0 good luck!

    Is he lactose intolerant? Whey isolate will help that. You need to find out why he can't have it for us to help a little more

    Of course cardio. Fasted cardio is usually superior because you body is forced into using glucose(fat) for fuel
