    eat big and lift balls to the wall every time you hit the gym and you will grow big. I ate so much protein and lifted 100% every time i went i didnt take a second off at the gym. spent every day sore and bitched about it every second of every day but it was worth it.

    dbol is intense it depends if you think your body is ready for it. I skipped the dbol since it was my first cycle. Next cycle i do in august im going to do a 4 week dbol kick start.

    I've never done good old HGH but i've done the peptides that force HGH secretion such as GHRP 6 and CJC 1295 no dac and i've had really good results with them. I took them starting 2 weeks before PCT of a 12 week test e cycle and continued them throughout and after PCT for a total of 3 or 4...

    i've had good success with peptides like ghrp 6/cjc 125 while cutting (which just reffers to reduced calories to lose fat opposite of bulking) they force the body to release its own HGH stores. I've found that i dont lose any muscle and actually do still get stronger while on a low calorie high...

    I also think you'll need more calories if my math is right that's only like 2500 calories I think I was averaging 4k a day on cycle.

    test e 500mg (split dosing mon/thurs) weeks 1-10 winstrol oral (split dosing 20AM 20PM) 40mg weeks 9-12 PCT HCG blast of 2500 iu two days before pct started and 2500 iu the day of pct starting. A lot of poeple i guess dont do blasting anymore but instead run it throughout cycle now. Nolvadex...

    i stayed away from Tren because everyone seems to have nasty side effects from it. I did just Test E 500 per week and did winstrol at 40mg a week for the last 4 weeks. (last two weeks of Test E injetions and the two weeks waiting for the Test to clear out)

    i never did ghrp alone just with cjc so i'm afraid im not sure how effective ghrp is on its own.
