    Yes. 4 give me insane vascularity and congestion. But try 4 caps is expensive on the long term. I do 2 caps am for 1st hard training and 2 pm for a 2nd training, it was like that I never trained am.

    EBF please don't stop this product !!!!!!! Not lot of words about AAV2 but it really works and he can be so versatile ( bulking and cut ). Just let AAV2 accumuler in your systeme and the results expected will arrive. When the burn begins drink much water.
