    I think you need to learn to eat.... my personal opinion... 6 ft tall and 170 lbs is very big bro... You can easily gain 15-20 lbs without the use ofa prohormone by eating and taking your basic supplementation... Get as big naturally and get the basics of diet and nutrition down before you jump...
