Nutrition:
So today I figured I'd give my body some comfort in the form of a much needed low carb day. The high fats should help me sleep better, kill some of my cravings, focus better tomorrow in school, and give my body some material to fix up my wonked up hormone profile...

Today was very, very long. I woke up at 5am, left at 6am, and got back at 7pm. Tomorrow shouldn't be as bad, which is nice. Some other cool news is someone approached me while I was out and wants me to model, so that's kinda neat.
