    Are there "crunchy" (baked or none baked) recipes for them? I've read about them in the past, but I've always made my own... however kinda sick of the soft/gooey consistency. If only there was a way to get home made bars to be like the consistency of store bought lol.

If there was only a way to make the bars the perfect consistency that good store bought ones are... except our recipes on here have way more protein etc. Baked protein balls... I'd be piggin out on those...

    I was thinking of doing something like this with a variation of my protein bar recipes, but my recipes are more so heavy on "PB" and soft, couldn't get them into balls without being a sticky mess everywhere.

    Sounds good, but I'll stick with Boars Head turkey, could never eat pre-packed stuff now lol. If you do though, I wouldn't be worried about sodium, think too many people freak out about it, when it's no big deal at all as any normal person drinks plenty of water/fluids that negates the sodium...

    I agree, I think too many people put too much focus on exact meals and exact down to the gram portions daily. Everyone I know that is built just eats pretty good, but whatever they want at whatever time they want. Trying to follow a schedule every single day for 5+ meals a day would drive me nutz.

    Seems to feel better now, so may try benching again this week. On the seated dip machine it didn't really hurt anymore and that was the only other workout from benching that hurt my palm really in the same spot.

    I went through a similar phase at 27, but no shrinkage or anything... just no desire to have sex etc. I was stressed and depressed from some deaths in the fam, had blood work done and some things seemed ok and others were off like test being low. Started going back to the gym, eating right...

    yeh it doesn't make sense, and it's only my left palm. My form is fine, I've tried different grips... doesn't matter. But it doesn't hurt on the machines, going to stick with them for a bit then try the bench again and see what happens. It doesn't hurt any other time, not even with dumbells...

    Are you talking about bagels from the store (Publix etc) or bagels from a shop like Einsteins? big difference there, store bagels suck in taste compared to bagel shops. Sometimes I'll get a big bag of dunkin donuts bagels :bigok:
