    only bad thing about Sustain Alpha is the taste... awful lol, TCF-1 on the other hand taste like candy... I stacked both and liked the combo. Going to try Erase next time.

    cold-milled organic flaxseeds are very good for you, loaded with omega's, fatty acids, fiber etc. Took me a bit to get used to the taste now I f'n love them mixed in yogurt or cottage cheese.

    Similar to what I've done but I boil some elbow macaroni and then you have the perfect tuna salad.... then when I eat it I add some honey and pepper, so good. Either eat as is or make a sandwich on some whole wheat or oat meal bread. I don't know what it is but to me tuna salad + honey = the bomb
  5. Protein Powder becomes useless when baking?

    Been playing with some protein bar recipes and can't remember where I read it on another forum but it said something like most powders become useless when baking as the heat breaks them down... and that if your going to be using a powder like for baking in protein bars etc that it had to be made...

  7. Another way to eat your Cottage Cheese

    I usually mix in some PB, some raisons, and a lil syrup, actually taste great and have mixed all that with yogurt and flax seeds as well. I cannot eat cottage cheese by itself and don't know how others can, the minute it hits my mouth I want to gag and throw up.

    Sounds good, yeh I didn't like the 12 days off, I felt a difference but felt that 12 days off hurt more than it did good. I ran the rest of the bottle till empty and noticed much bigger difference from the initial feel and energy etc. No side effects. Was curious thought about the 5 on 2 off...

    its always so weird how well some people respond to things that others don't, I mean with PM some felt it within a few days and others took weeks to see any difference.... our bodies are a mystery lol like I didn't notice much from sustain alpha, but definitely felt the difference with TCF-1

    Is there any reason to not take TCF-1 every day? See so many mixed opinions on this, I've been doing 12 on 12 off and I don't like the 12 off... think I'll try 5 on 2 of etc, or every day? I won't be using anything else besides eating and normal protein shake etc.

    I stick with milk (skim), just love the more fuller feeling and creaminess vs water, haven't really done the juice thing as doesn't taste good with flavored powders too me. I usually throw in a banana and some peanut butter, that seems to work better with milk vs water, taste like I'm drinking...

    I just bought a vial from Chemical Research (25mg/ml 60ml). But not sure how to take it, use a liquid syringe? And how much? or put in a capsule and take that way? Thought I had another thread from here or another forum with people telling their dosages and what they did but can't find it now...
