I guess my N2KTS didnt come in today. I am in dalzell SC and will be heading home back to sumter around 4 ( like a 20 minute drive ), Im gonna hit the weights hard today, still wondering if I should log in this workout, since I want be under the influence of N2, what you guys think ?
I only usually do 2 shakes a day, one in the morning about 30g pro from whey isolate 2 - 3 raw eggs wich is like 12 extra grams
and then my post w/o wich I usually get around 25 to 30 g of protein from that
i keep my protein intake at about 140, on a good day I might can get about 180
damn bro, 268g protein per day?
Heyyy aint nothing wrong with a strong appetite... I envy guys who can eat like a beast some days, and then some days I cant stop eating

and to your post, the cold is where i get my best strength gains, I can lift all year but i guess the extra weight i put on during the winter is pretty much the source of said strength gains
