    Gyno surgery.

Have heard of people getting the entire gland excised, which would seem to be the way to go. However, a lot of offices say on their websites they leave a small portion of the gland to prevent the nipple from being "dented in" in or concave? Any opinions on the best way to go? Seems like if you...

    Is 120mg raloxifene dangerous?

60mg is standard dose. Been on 120mg for 8 weeks now. Gyno still little to no difference in size. Is 120mg dangerous to continue? Have read the drug can be associated with blood clots, but that was in women who took the drug for 5 years.

    Gyno cancerous???

They fine you for not having insurance. I'll break down and buy into my company policy once the fines equal the premiums I'd pay anyway. Will consider surgery only if I ever get on a stage. Otherwise, it's hardly noticeable.

    Does anybody not get gyno?

Never let anyone tell you that if you've always had low BF you're not "gyno prone". Real gyno is glandular tissue, and has nothing to do with BF levels. I was about 10% before I even started lifting. I now have minor gyno in 1 nip after a botched test cycle. Currently on a SERM regimen...

    Gyno cancerous???

Dropped AI on test cycle when I wasn't seeing gains. Hoped I wasn't gyno prone. 12 weeks @ 500 I might have been fine. 16 weeks at 750 is what I did. I no longer believe in "gyno prone". Almost every male has mammary glands and the aromatase enzyme. If you take enough test with no AI you WILL...

    Gyno cancerous???

Most gyno is benign, but there is always that 1% chance I have male breast cancer. For those who have AAS-induced gyno, did the lump remain sensitive even when off the hormones? I have not cycled in 2 years, and the lump is sensitive. I know; see a doctor. Well I don't have health insurance...

    Strange gyno symptom.

I have minor gyno that is isolated to 1 nipple. If I look in the mirror at any random time, the nipple may appear darker and bigger than the nipple that is gyno free. However (and I know this sounds crazy), if I raise my arm over my head, contort my body, stretch my chest out, etc, the nipple...

Has anyone successfully reduced gyno that is years old???

Well, 4 weeks on raloxifene @ 120mg, and ZERO change so far. Kind of disappointed even if it is early. That one study citing gyno reduction was a 6-month regimen, so I'll just continue for now. Will be trying another brand of research chem when this bottle is up. If I still see zero change after...

    Raloxifene problems

Has anyone heard anything about raloxifene causing bone density loss? I know it is a drug used to treat osteoporosis in women, so it seems strange that it would cause bone density loss? A few guys on another BB forum claimed it would, and that a doctor said it would.

    For anyone who has gyno

I hope this is correct. I'm 2 weeks on 120mg and no real change yet. Will stay at 120 for at least another 2 weeks. Will also be trying some different brands just in case. I figure if there's zero change around 12 weeks it's probably not working.

    For anyone who has gyno

I would guess the test is to drop body fat significantly. If it looks better, it may not be gyno. If it looks worse, it's more than likely gyno.

    Raloxifene problems

Just remembered I have an adapter that I can use to pull with the bottles inverted. Will try this.

    Raloxifene problems

Have not tried heating. They are plastic containers. Will try sticking the syringe all the way in and pull from the very bottom.

    Raloxifene problems

I am using liquid ralox from RUI. I noted that there appears to crystals/powder sitting at the bottom of the bottles. I assume this is the active compound. No biggie I thought; I'll just shake the bottle up prior to dosing. Well, I am about halfway through a bottle, and there's almost as much...

Has anyone successfully reduced gyno that is years old???

Yep, especially since the lump is pretty minor. Thinking of trying the raloxifene only regimen before I resort to letrozole. If I'm not mistaken raloxifene can actually boost test production and could actually enhance gains while also potentially reducing the gyno lump.

Has anyone successfully reduced gyno that is years old???

May try that I already have all those in hand. Just hear so may stories about letro's potency and making you feel like crap :( Post #5, Ralox for SIX MONTHS?!! Damn. Also, does anyone know if letro will kill natty gains, or make it difficult to gain muscle naturally while on it?

Has anyone successfully reduced gyno that is years old???

I have a small amount of tissue under my right nipple that feels denser than just fat. I feel it may be glandular tissue from a testosterone cycle I did 2 years ago, but the truth is I don't know if it's from the cycle or if I just became paranoid and finally noticed it when I started dabbling...

    Incline Benchs better than regular

I don't know if it's true but I heard barbell shoulder press, lowering the bar all the way down to your clavicles, hits upper chest as well. I've always had a weak upper chest; wish there was something I could do.

Anyone see decent gains training only 3 days a week?

Let's say you hit all the muscle groups on a 3 day split, training every other day. So there are as many rest days as training days. Each muscle group is hit every 6 days. I really feel like this is the type of program I need to use. I'm not lazy; I just feel like it will be more effective...
