    I think this is a good protocol. For a first cycle I like the 1-2x per week approach until you get used to pinning. I always tend to keep exemestane and raloxifene on hand in case of any gyno symptoms.

    375mg per week as the test p is at 75mg weekly but nonetheless, that's a lot more than a regular trt dose. You should be able to put on some mass with that dose.

    Agreed! Muscle strength imbalance can cause a host of issues. I'm glad you brought up reverse bb curls as well. I do those with fairly light weight and pause for 1-2 seconds when my arm hits 90 degrees. Really hits the forearm hard without overloading it with intense weight.

    This is correct. Most people fail to realize that gauge size is inverse to lumen size/bore. Meaning that 18g is much larger than a 23. The larger bore size (18g) makes it easier to draw in the oil while the smaller bore size (23g) gives you substantially less PIP.

    From what I have read, I agree with Bigdave. Supraphysiological levels of test inhibits collagen synthesis type 3, so keep the test dose mild. Hgh or secretagogues would be helpful followed by EQ and possibly even to a slight extent, Anavar.

    Any anabolic can work well if your diet is in check although I prefer Epi/stano as it gives me a more lean and vascular appearance. You can can mix Erase and DHEA, was that your stack idea? Dermacrine might not be bad if you want something mild.

    Let me know how it goes. I'm currently having the same problem. My levels are just slightly elevated but the doctor wants them decreased. I'm going to try to donate blood and see if that helps.
