    Thanks everyone who commented been taking just one cap. Idk how I managed months ago I followed the label and was taking 60 mg and that was the amount the person told me to take also. Guess they were just trying to make money off me.

    It's one cap three times a day for ostarine. Will try and upload a picture. The Cardarine says 10 mg per capsule. States take two a day for beginner or three for advanced. Yes seems high. I don't take anything else this second time trying Sarms never tried anything else. Thanks everyone

    I bought some caps and wondered the same thing. It's dosed at 20 mg per cap and I've been reading 15-25 is the dose per day. The bottle states to take three a day would put me at 60 mg or I'm reading the dose incorrectly. Same with another I purchased which is cardarine 10 mg caps says to take 2...
