My brother loves this stuff it works best on certain joints; shoulders, knees, elbows, etc where there is a thin layer of skin directly above the joint. So should work for tendonitis
2 grams of agmatine was like an analgesic in one study or whatever. I thimk it was for people with spine injuries (?) but that's more than you're getting here and it took like amonth at that dose for it to work anyway I iirc
The percentage of Vitamin C absorbed decreases as you increase the dose but there is no 500 mg limit. Invalid Link Removed
Here's a good thread from a while ago on general vitamin C dosing: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplements/235103-how-much-vitamin.html

Yeah. I don't get it. I think maybe the amazon guy did something shady or he left it next to the furnace, lol. First tub had like a citrusy flavor which I think is how its supposed to taste (?). I'll see how this lockout tub tastes.
There haven't really been extensive dose comparison studies that measure stuff like saturation and excretion like with creatine/beta alanine etc but Zir Red recommends 2.5 grams a day and since he conducted the studies seems like he knows more than anyone. No harm in taking 3-4 grams a day if...

So I ordered another tub of this but from lockout this tim and am gonna compare flavors. Anyone else notice like wild flavor discrepancies between batches?
I been buying this stuff off amazon and my first tub has a pleasant citrusy flavor and this new one I got tastes awful. Like MSM bad almost. Not sure what to do or why the flavor would change so drastically. Might order a tub off NP to compare
They're completely different I think. Beet root is supposed to have nitrate in it like that's its moa. Betaine/TMG doesn't contain nitrates and works as an osmolyte and/or by modulating certain hormones like IGF-1 and GH as I understand it
Like I give him 1 gram potassium nitrate, 500 mg agmatine, 500 mg NAC, 200 mg caffeine, and 200 mg vitamin C one hour before I take him and then I give him a BCAA drink with 4 grams citrulline when we get there so like 15-20 minutes before he starts working out. He drinks it in the car and then...
