Is it weird I'm actually ok with the taste of cissus? Tastes like an earthy chocolate flavor to me.
Sulbutiamine is the worst powder I've ever had. I've had nightmares about it.
Yeah I should have said it causes tolerance around that amount of time, then taking it for like a week straight can cause addiction. I'm pretty much going off of what I've seen others post when it comes to the addiction/withdrawal effects.
Personally I only use phenibut like once a week to help wind down. Using phenibut on a regular basis (like 4 or more times a week) causes tolerance and addiction. I hear the withdrawals from it are really terrible.
I know the S form was supposed to compete for absorption, but I didn't know that it may actually reduce the actions of the R form and carry detrimental effects to mitochondrial metabolism.
Well, I still have a bottle of the racemic mix, but after I'll switch back. Thanks for the knowledge.
The dgat1 inhibition along with the down-regulation of ppar-y activity and expression make it seem like it would be great for a lean bulk/recomp, I wonder why bioperine isn't in more products other than for increasing nutrient uptake?
It sounds like the quality of your sleep is the problem, and the only supplements I know of to increase sleep quality work through GABA. Using supplements such as valerian root with lemon balm or my personal favorite l-theanine could potentially work well for you, but I'd suggest trying for...
Right, pretty much blanked on that. Maybe it helps increase it's half-life? Piperine does inhibit one of enzymes that metabolize caffeine, so maybe that could help explain it.
Random question, but has anyone tried using bioperine with caffeine to increase its effects? I'm currently trying Decimate and it's kick is much stronger than 200mg of caffeine usually has on me and I'm not convinced the paeonol/PEA combo is whats doing it.
1. Realize that what works for some may not work for you.
2. If you're not seeing results its because of what you did or didn't do. Blaming someone for getting you to eat crappy, skip workouts, or stay out late is BS. Own up to your failure.
3. Veggies, eat them.
From what I've read/experienced the effects some stimulants have are retained while the amount of perceived energy is lowered. So, taking 20mg of yohimbine will basically do the same for fat loss from the first to last dose of a cycle, but you won't feel the same amount of energy because you've...
I may not know exactly what I'm talking about, so take what I come up with with a grain of salt.
Stimulants either cause a release of catecholamines, inhibit their degradation, or both. Either way, taking any stim for a prolonged period will cause the receptors to grow less dense resulting in...
Yeah I saw this being discussed on another forum before. The discussion basically went "rhodiola isn't a COMT inhibitor, the study was done before the one finding it was an MAO inhibitor which would explain the increase in serotonin". Still looks like a great herb, and I'm planning on getting...
I've seen rhodiola mentioned as a COMT inhibitor a few times, but never any concrete evidence that shows it actually works as one. Specifically I've seen different sites state it inhibits COMT up to 60% but they don't link to anything to back that up.
