    Well no I see the doctor every 4 months I don’t want to see them every month anyways, but it’s actually 500iu of hcg for me not 250. Insurance covers needles and I just get simple bloodwork for $50 they cover that. And no shipping as I’m by the doctor in person generally

    250mg should stop muscle waste as far as I’m aware. I bet with high protein and 500mg test you could put on muscle when cutting 250mg and an oral should 100% stop any muscle waste
