15 on the pull downs
10 on the chin-ups
Barbell rows
3 sets of 15 with 185 overhand grip
3 sets of 15 with 185 underhand grip
One arm cable rows
5 sets of 15 each arm set at 120lbs
Reverse flies...

-Incline 3 sets of 225 for 12
Then 2 sets with 185
For as many as I could get then drop the 25's and 135 for as many
Bench flat press 4 drop sets
185 -165 -135 around 12 reps at each weight
Cable decline press with push-ups
4 sets
15 presses then 15 push-ups

I did chest today. I was at least 1 rep stronger on my incline at 275
But there is a huge noticeable difference not being on dbol anymore pre workout. Just didn't have as much rage
