    Ahhh I got it , i started to stall and added food wasn’t moving the needle at all so I upped epitome And added more dcp instead of 6 I did I think 8. No more than six DCP is needed right? ?

    Body fat wise , I am closer to 10% however , I will be first to admit my diet is hypo caloric , I work out a lot more then I should 6days cardio daily with steps and a training regimen , so I know I probably skewed my leptin levels with inflammation and whatever else if I make any sense at all.
