Your build, diet and general lifestyle sound nearly identical to mine haha. Some days too hectic to breathe, diet just "normal" (for you haha - others think im very weird cuz I eat nearly the same thing every day) and training cuz you like it.
I've been in a big funk the last month tho with...
Thats one of the things I've been trying but doesnt seem to have helped thus far... I have a flexbar (rubbery bar you twist/bend) as well as have been doing some direct forearm work (trying to keep the pain level reasonable though so as not to exacerbate whatever the injury might be while still...
At this point I'm uncertain of anything related to it since it hasn't reacted to any of the treatments or things that have worked for me in the past. Totally open to any and all suggestions! (thus the awkwardly vague question haha)
Isn't that more for joint pain/arthritis? How do you see that helping in this regard outside of the obvious anti-inflam properties taking some of the acute pain away?
I do know its not general inflammation as I have a few supports already for that on top of the normal fish oil and such. Unfortunately just cannot figure out why I keep having misc forearm issues in each arm, different places, diff times. super annoying
I had something like this many years ago from bb curls as well. Not the same as my current pain but I had to cut most bi work out for quite awhile to heal it (which was ok for me since thats a natural srtong point)
I agree with the masses here. If you want some extra protection, take some extra TUDCA and/or Cycle Assist leading up the wedding (CEL would be my suggestion for each). Realistically these guys nailed it and one bad night wont kill you on something this mild.
With about 99% certainty I doubt you will get anyone with verifiable bloodwork (tho maybe someone who passed a WADA test) to answer the way you asked, however, I would be pretty comfortable that it is what they say.
That said, if it truly is as powerful as advertised, I expect there would be a...
haha the hysteria over sodium is so overblown... I eat so much its not even fair and have never had any issue. People think adding a little salt to a meal is "overdoing it"
I havent seen anyone (at least not in any detail) mention running that combo but it sounds like a real winner that covers a ton of bases.
For the weight/muscle unfortunately theres way too many variables to sell a number... diet, training, stress, where youre at in your lifting life, etc etc...
for me there was never a specific "kick in" day... just kind of a slow steady continuous improvment. Honestly never actually found an end point either (have run as long as 12wks) so that was always nice too
Perosnally I've never noticed any difference in when I dose epi-plex. When I combine epi-plex and x-gels tho I do make sure to space them out which means EP in the am (or pm if i end up doing morning workouts) and X-gels pre workout
In for the ride. Your PCT looks nearly identical to what I usually go for outside of the SERM (I get better results from clomid personally). Sometimes I get real crazy tho and throw Xgels in there too (usually instead of epi-plex) mostly for the strength and pump boost that makes me feel like my...
Summer flavors? Tropical types (pina colada, strawberry daquiri, mango pineapple, margarita (PES had this for their alphamine and it was awesome), etc). Would be timely if you could get them out by early-mid summer
