    Great to hear... sometimes little things like better quality sleep make more of a diff than anything (especially as we age and the gainz will naturally slow). For me, improved mood is such a huge thing as I flat out can get more done (in the gym and out) without feeling the "pressure of life".

    its just profit taking... almost guaranteed for anyhting with a significant jump pre market. Every once in awhile things will continue to fly but usually it at least starts with a decent dip then the pop follows but thats typically only with REALLY solid positive news or something
