Oh, and Radiate is straight killin it for me so far! I can't give good numbers because I was up 7.6# last week due to the estrogen water retention. But I'm down 10.6# this week. Perfect! I sip a full scoop over about 2 hours. I'm fasted all morning, due to IF diet. Not chugging it seems to control the sides well for me. I'm also quite stim tolerant, which is why I'm already on a full scoop. So I'll probably try another full scoop mid afternoon, post workout.

Sounds good. Cordygen might not do much for you on weight days unless you're crazy like me and do circuit or supersets. I think you'll like it most with the HIIT.
Yeah, valid point. I'd suggest trying it both ways and figuring out what works best for you mmorso. I personally haven't seen a little caffeine causing much issue with Cordygen. But I wanted to put the info out here since this is a log for Cordygen, after all. :-)
No need to apologize, brother. You just gotta figure out what works for you! The only comment I have is that there is some evidence that caffeine could weaken the effects of Cordygen, so you might want to leave that one out.
