    Have fun with that. If your girlfriend actually thinks you have a leg to stand on then she should find another profession. There's no criminal charges for this. Its a breach of contract claim or FTC type fine for failure to meet label claims. You're not gonna be able to prove fraud.

    I'm on 30mg adderall xr and still have a coffee or caffeine some days. I haven't noticed any issues with and my doctor said it's fine within reason. Adderal within reasonable dosages and under doctor supervision is safe.

    Realistically, there's no definitive best product. Everyone reacts differently to different supplements. It's good to find what individual ingredients work and make your own. This is particularly true with stims. Or, grab a basic product and add only what you know you like

    Agmatine, gms and nitrates. Anything that contains those will be hard to beat. Plus you can dose them all from bulk or caps. So you can really dial it in.
