    Every Push and pull day, I do rear delt warm ups (2-3 reps short of failure) before I start the work. (took that one from your book). On feeder sets, you're right. and may be drop the Hammer shoulder press and another exercise from triceps.

    With the current weight and activity level, I am probably just about 150-200cals shy of maintenance. Will see how my weight moves this week and then decide if I should increase cals or not.

    Yes. I did read about it. But, I didn't know if it's acute. Today was my first dose. Appetite increase is not uncomfortable. It's definitely a nice change. :) I am going to ride this horse for a while if hunger is going to steadily progress.

    I am not sure if this is because of MK-677, but, just 5:00PM here and I finished my 4th meal and still hungry. As per plan, I have another 2 meals to go. But, I think I’ll probably have to add another meal before bed or at least a shake. Does MK have an acute affect on Ghrelin?

    This is so true.. during my last prep, I suffered because I had one meal off the plan. Instead of rice and chicken, I had oats and whey. I craved for sweet things after and went behind a jar of peanut butter.. and it just spiraled.
