    Nothing significant. I am using oral MK at 10mg. But, I don't know if it's the MK or just my calories, my sleep has been great.

    Left pic us today at 80.4kgs and right pic was last year same day at 83.5kgs. I was doing easily about 4gms of PEDs per week last year including orals. And now I am at 450mg total per week. This is my 1st week into the off-season. Invalid Link Removed

    I probably have to check on that to see if I have any change in vascularity. The only thing I am looking at it training performance. But again, I am on a caloric surplus. So, I really don't know if I'll be able to judge as well.
