    Personally, I take Cordygen as directed on the bottle. Both powder and capsule. The older powder was weaker and I used 1.25-1.5 scoops. If you're referring to generic or other brand cordyceps, it's tough to say. MST uses a much more effective extraction so the product is quite different.

    I think you will be super happy with that combo. Cordygen is just that good. It's tough between that and RagNOrok, which is my favorite. Because both are so good at what they do. But I value endurance pretty highly. And cordy is on point in that area!
