Cut my 1pm meal down from 5oz turkey, 6oz sweet potato and .5c green beans to 3oz turkey and 3oz potato no veg.

I listened to a podcast with Jordan Peters and Ben Pakulski and Peters mentioned observing a noticeable decrease in waist size after reducing GH dosage. This leads me to believe it has something to do with insulin resistance?
I can't handle any form of Y; HCl, alpha, rauwolscine, anything. Half dose of BloodShr3d RAW gives me cold sweats and shakes. If I take IGNIT3 I have to spread the 5-cap dose over the entire day. If I take more than 1 cap at a time I get the sides.
