I read "spaced evenly throughout the day" as the next dose of three pills should be spaced throughout the day, rather than all at once. Not sure if it really makes a difference, but I'll try that dosing.

So the directions state to take the next dose spread throughout the day. Does that mean the next 3 capsules spread throughout the day? Because it doesn't sound like that's what you're dosing at.
Day 5 - I weighed in at 196.4 this morning. My diet and hydration are consistent every day. No noticeable effects, but I don't expect so, since it's stim free.
Workouts were: Monday - Chest/tri 3 exercises per group, 3 sets, 8-10 reps. 30 minutes cardio.
Tuesday: 1 hour cardio

I've been doing keto since April and have lost 20lbs. It works. I started st 218 and I'm at 197 right now. I only eat 1800 calories per day though and added cardio (10k steps a day) and weight lifting (3-4x week) in May.
I don't expect 10% this month, I know that's impossible. I'd like to get to 12-15% by the end of the year. I should have clarified. I just want to see if this boosts my progress.

Invictus is great. I ran 6 weeks of Invictus and KT VII and had great effects. I just ordered the stack of 2 Invictus and 2 Virtus and am going to jump on it in a couple weeks.
Is there a max time for running Invictus?
Honestly, 2mg melatonin 45 minutes before bed works well for me. That and stop using electronics an hour before bed.
Most supps I've tried leave me groggy in the morning.
