    You want to avoid fat into pre and post workout meals at all cost. It needs to be absorbed asap and there’s no need for fat in there. It’s actually very detrimental to the whole idea of a post and pre workout meal.

    You do not want to be on anti estrogen year round. Even if you’re on trt and you need it you should find other ways to normalize your estrogen. For exemple injection volume / frequency. But if you had to choose the least harsh one between aromasin and arimidex it’s clearly aromasin.

    Btw I would agree with your doctor that you don’t need trt at level 350. You want it but I don’t think you need it. Most of the time 300ish is fixable by hormones regulation, lifestyle changes, diet, body composition etc.

    Nothing. Don’t be silly. Steroids make you much harder and retain more glycogen and you do stay fuller 24/7 but now you’re comparing to your gym pump on gear and just want more. You’ll always chase your pump it’s silly.
