    I haven't max in ages, I only squat on rare occasion for some weird reason, if I have to say maybe right now very high 200s. I never been squatter.

    When I used to do the 5x5 the only shi**ty parts was having to go up 5lbs every squat session, sucked ballz moving that weight when you already squat heavy, but its been awhile since I squatted tho.

    10/18/2012 Today! Very good day today, Diet spot on like always and am down to 170lbs woot! Diet fasted till lunch, Lunch was grilled chicken breast, mix veggies, baked potato, half a sandwich of tuna fish + a glass of water. Dinner was thing same thing but no tuna, and I had a few slices...

    Not sure am ready for HIIT just yet cardio endurance is still not on par. Eating Tuna, eggs, healthy veggies, lean ground beef, steak, nuts etc, it all been full of protein and healthy fats with low carbs but when I do carb it all whole grain pasta, brown rice etc.
