Day 29 yesterday.
Been very busy lately :/.
Well Yesterday I took a look in the mirror and was pretty happy with what am staring at hehe, looking more rounded over all, nice and lean, chest size dropped but gotten a more rouned look etc. Slimming down pretty fast since am only eating like 1-2...
The stack am taking. Yes 1 does of each so I pick one to does first followed by the next one about 20 min after.
I would split the mmv3 up about 3 hours apart with one does pre workout
Day 28
Today was a so so day... Had a fuggin fantastic sleep finally was out like a baby, woke up fasted till lunch and ate a light lunch which was 2 ham sandwich an a glass of chocolate milk. About 2 hours after I proceed to workout.

Pull up alt grip 3x10
Dumbells curls 35lbs 2x15 each arm.
Powecelans 115lbs 3x10 focusing on my form again
Cable curls 50lbs 1xfail
I definitely drop some weight and size, been cutting out cals slowly, feel flat, but at the same time look...
