If I was running 3-AD, I would stack the oral with the transdermal. You could probably get away with just doing 100mg of oral daily, preferable pre-workout.
Obviously you want to keep protein intake high.
The key to not losing muscle is doing any kind of resistance training. Can you at least do something light with bands?

Omega Sports was a great brand. All of their products were solid. I remember Ultima, FlashOver, Strive, Burn24. Cre-Ethyl Thunder was the first supplement I ever purchased. I remember the caps used to stick together but that's what got me started.
