I remembered my last 1rm was around 315-325 so I somewhat knew my boundaries . Felt really good . From the start I thought I wasn't gonna make it and I just kicked it in high gear and pulled through
Boom ! New pr for my 1 rm on traditional deadlift! Felt good as hell and almost didn't make it but I pushed through and dug deep . Also since the test has started to clear out of my body I'm noticing I'm defiantly hardening up nicely with the drop in water weight . I weighted in tonight at 194 ...
Sorry for he delays again , been filling out info for scholarships and grants/student aid over the weekend , and tending to some other responsibilities aswell. Gonna do upper power today and test my 1rm on bench and DL, tomorrow will test out 1rm on squats

Olympus labs rad was legit and I know from several people who experienced bleeding at dosages 12mg or above .... Their products are also third party lab tested . Ask anyone who has used rad in a dosage of 12 or above and I'm sure they will tell you it caused them some sort of bleeding or blood...
