Honestly idk if that is to much or not i just know that it maintains my weight if i cut out the whey i lose weight if i bump it up i get bloated and feel sluggish

Morning-60g protien shake 2 eggs potatoes and bacon
Lunch-60g protien shake subway tuna on wheat lettus tom. And onion
Dinner- usually the same
W/o ac3g pwo 60g protein after
Monday wens fri. Above w/o
Tues thurs- leg press...
I am still doing research i used the term estrogen blocker as that is what i am used to taking....i will be using clomid and aromasin to manage my estrogen lvls....and as i said i am still researching a diet to take full advantage of the cycle i do not claim to be knowledgeable on this subject...
Ok i will drop Dball for this cycle and run the clomid and aromasin figured the more anti estrogen the better could always reduce it if it had adverse effects

Cardarine-10-20mg per day for endurance and burn excess bf
Aromasin- 8-12mg per day adjust according to side effects
N2guard-7 pills a day in 2 sets for liver management
PCT....
Nolvadex-20mg per day
Clomid-20mg per day
Aromasin-12mg...

Yeah the job is alot of the issues but it keeps the lights on...lol im looking to get up to 165 to 175 range and remain lean and at this point this seems like my best option
Right i understand that completely..i plan to do alot more homework b4 i try anything just wanting to get some insight into what to expect precations to take and maybe work out suggestions while useing to maximize my gains
