    Need a pre pump with not too much caffeine?

    I just bought Nitramine after so much positive reviews on here from everyone; haven't started it yet but will soon. I'm currently using Conquer DGE... I will have to admit it is damn good for a pump and only 200mg of caffeine... no jitters, just a nice steady state of energy.

    Does it matter if you use a hot liquid (water or coffee) to mix your Pre-workout mix? I've noticed that Glycerol seems to disolve completely in hot water. I vaguely remember reading an article about hot water limiting Creatine and BCAA effectiveness. Just curious.
