    Was there a consistent amount used that gave the best results? It seems like people used all sorts of amounts... just started using it and I'm using 1/4 tspn twicea day... but I have seen some people using double this amount daily. Just trying to hit the sweet spot.

    I don't believe there is a test for PADS... I think it's a symptoms based evaluation. Once diagnosed, meds and other stimuli are used to help the issue.

    Sounds like you have PADS. You should go to a doctor and have them check for it. PADS does cause some serious issues if not kept in check.

    I think Epi is legit. I have noticed an increased ability for knocking out a few more reps per set, where normally I'd drop the weights. Wasn't 100% sold after reading about it on here, but I'm just over a month in using it...well using Anafuse... and I am Sold!

    I've heard that some people donate blood regularly, to reduce their Hematocrit number... but I couldn't imagine how they could donate enough blood to keep their level in a non-hazardous range. My Hematocrit levels naturally, are at the top edge of "normal" (47.5). I get that their mass monsters...

    Has anyone had an increase in hunger when taking Alphamine? I bought mine a few months ago, just started running it (a week in), and honestly it seems like I can't get in enough food... I'm starving even after I eat. Just curious I guess.

    I had the same kind of issues when using it. My shoulder and elbow and knees started hurting and continued to get worse. When I stopped using it, everything still hurt for about a 3-4 days and then got better over the next day and then, no more pain. Just figured my body didn't like it.

    I use three scoops Pre-workout and been doing it for months now (using Fearns); used 2 scoops Pre-workout for a month or two before that and I haven't had any libido issues using. Maybe it's something else... I'd suggest a blood work up, and see where all your levels are. Although, I am no expert.
