Im not training to hit a meet. I train for the fun of it, and because I want to be as strong and jailhouse jacked as possible.

Pull Accessory: Pull Up
3 x 10 @ BW + 12kg
Upper Body Minor: 3 x MAX pull up till Failure (Butterfly)
