    Yeah having fat free/low carb milk makes milk a protein food, not a carb food. Helps me a lot, since my struggle is to get more calories from protein.

    What do you recommend then for a carb sensitive person, how many grams of carbs a day?? I found out that my maintenence is around 2700. So to lose i probably shouldn't have over 2400 cals a day, the other guy said low carb / high fat will make me gain weight... see where this is going?

    Yeah i didnt even know it existed!! It's so hidden at the local supermarket i read about it online and spent a long time trying to find it, it's with the lactose intolerant milk so that's why I never found it... It's a protein food now :D

    I just read online about this low carb milk, so I just bought it. Has 3g of Carbs/ 8g protein/ 0g fat GREAT for us Carb Sensitives who love the milk in the morning!! Tastes the same pretty much, noticed no difference!

    Yeah i'm going crazy with this, like Chad says that beans have such a low GI that it's ok to have them with every meal and they also have good protein, so I started having them, other people told me to drink milk because it's anabolic, I just started throwing bread in there because scivation...

    Thanks for the info!! I don't think i'm hypoglycemic, i checked the symptoms and I only have a few of them. It could be the conditioning, I hate cardio, haven't done cardio in a long time, maybe I'll start today then. I'm on a low carb diet, so I don't know if that plays a role in it... but...
