    I have read that excess of GABA can lead to lethargy, and GABA is converted from glutamine. Maybe that the reason... whey prots contains a lot of glutamine...

    How long does it take for Reset AD to work? I have been on it since few days now and still don't see any positive effects. Since 2 days, I am taking 3 caps/day. I am also giving a try to Rhodiola and ALCAR but since few days I am getting some headaches. Feel so tiried all the day :(

    No I did not apply it on face yet. Was just wondering. but as a side effects on applying in on abs, I got a very dry skin everywhere and specially on face. I should also mention that we have the heating on in the gym, which I guess, gets things worst.
