Update Week 2
Today was bench day again, and my bench is now up to 235, BARELY missed 240! I was deeply upset about missing the 240 but 235 is good, guess my wrist is fully better because I've never went over 225 before.
Bad news, my back is fcked up, last week with deadlifts it made me want...

Well just found out track starts in about a week....On my birthday.
Also I quit smoking and pretty much I want to smash everything in site haha.....

Ok well first of all, as of Monday bench is back up to 225 again!
Tuesday nothing new, and today was horrible! Today was deadlift day, and I was going to go for 345 but my lower back had other plans I guess.....I got to 315 where last week I did 5 times easy, I couldn't do it more...
Try out the mono as advised, if that doesn't work I'd give Kre-Alkalyn a try.
Creatine never worked for me (mono/CEE/Gluconate etc.) but decided I would give creatine one more try by trying out the Kre-Alk and it did wonders for me.

Thank you guys, I thought I was left alone about him not using the PH/DS's.
