    Update So....Calfs lasted me a little better today, only take a break during our run twice....Still embarrassing as fck.... But not NEAR embarassing as the weights I was lifting today. I could barely bench 205 after our run and warm ups, gonna bump the cals up ALOT but I also need to drop 30lbs...
