That Tuesday meet didn't go too well, they threw me into shot-put out of no where and since I spent all the previous day throwing (6 hours total) I threw 33ft area where the day before I was getting 40ft area. Also since I got rushed for that I didn't have time to get my steps for...

Very true bro....I'm giving track everything I have, it's always been my faverite sport and I'm deeply regretting not doing it the past two years.
Practices yesterday was NUTS though!
It was my 2nd actual hard sprint practice and it was the closest I ever came to throwing up from a workout...
Ugh, not sure how to answer as I havn't gotten the full benefit of them yet but it took a whole practice the day before to even get some-what used to them. But they GREATLY help propel you at the beginning if used right. My time was 13 sec.....Horrible.
I'm going to bust my ass even harder...
