    Exactly, who needs fats (which are involved in hormone/testosterone production) when you are taking in truck-loads of exogenous testosterone :P That advice is piss-poor for a natural lifter. Keep eating those EFA's !

    Anyone read "Natural Hormonal Enhancement" by Rob Faigin? Its basically a higher fat diet with carb-loading meals every 3/4 days (Sun/Wed).
