    Yes, we are doing a more narrow stance at the moment to keep as much focus as possible only on the quads. We are also trying to keep my feet a bit lower on the platform to keep from bringing the hams and glutes into the movements to much.

    I've never actually measured it but I know from the front it looks a bit blocky. It will be better this year but sadly it will never be a strong point. I just need to focus on getting my quads sweep bigger and shoulders wider to hide this physique weakness I have.
