    to fart or not to fart, that is the question. you fart a lot less on the isolate, however if you have no problems digesting the blend(which contains concentrates) then by all means buy the blend

    so you're telling me that your bowels are less frequent, muddier, and smaller than than before? what brand are you using?

    someone pointed out to me that a good reason not to use more than 30% casein was that most of it will end in your bowels the next morning. dont you notice that your bowels are larger, more frequent, and drier than when you weren't drinking it? imo, your blend is too casein-heavy

    I dont have a layer of foam on my blend. I mix with a spoon. I ordered from TP.com and its not really chalky, it's pretty good actually.
