Attached, is my full routine.
I've been on SD for a week. I plan to start my first cycle this upcoming Monday.
my volume is:
15's = 1 set
10's = 2 sets
15's = 3 sets
this does not include warm-up sets.
please let me know what u think :)
Squats and deadlifts are alternated between workouts...
