  1. who has a good stopwatch?

    finally hit 180 today, now its time to get shed a little fat with some HIIT. id like to find a stopwatch or watch that can beep every 30 seconds and i can also set an alarm for a certain number of minutes. anyone have/know of a (cheap) watch i can get online that will do this?
